Got Questions ?
Q1: How much do you charge for printing?
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We primarily accept high-resolution PDF files with fonts embedded. We can also work with professional design files like Adobe Illustrator (AI), InDesign (INDD), or Photoshop
Q2: What does artwork mean?
What is the typical turnaround time for an order?
Turnaround time depends on the job’s complexity and quantity. Standard digital printing usually takes 3-5 business days after final proof approval. Large-volume or specialized offset printing projects may take 7-10 business days. We offer rush options; please contact us for a specific timeline quote.
Q3: How do I send my artwork?
What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the standard color model for commercial printing. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens and digital displays. To ensure accurate color reproduction, your print files should always be converted to CMYK before submission.
Q4: What is the best file format to send my artwork for printing?
Can I see a proof of my order before the full run is printed?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a digital PDF proof for every order for your final
approval. For complex or color-critical jobs, we can also provide a physical
(hard) proof for an additional fee. We will not proceed with printing until we have your signed approval.
Q5: What is a print proof and why is it needed?
Do you offer design services if I don’t have a finished file?
Yes, we have an in-house graphic design team that can assist you with everything from minor adjustments to full concept and layout creation. Contact us to discuss your project needs and get a design quote.
Q6: Will I need to send my artwork again if I want to reprint?
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Our MOQs vary by product. For digital printing (e.g., flyers, short-run books), there is often no strict minimum. For offset printing (e.g., high-volume brochures, packaging), MOQs typically start at 500 or 1,000 units to ensure cost-efficiency. Please check the specific product page or contact us for details.
